Summary of the Filing
Where the work happens
Public programs included guided walking tours in various outdoor habitats, participatory science monitoring activities, and interpretive exhibits at our marine life center in downtown gig harbor. We delivered 471 public programs that served 30,847 in-person participants in 2024.
SPECIAL/MEMBER programs delivered included member educational activities, volunteer training, social events, and fundraising events. We delivered 11 SPECIAL/MEMBER programs that served 296 in-person participants in 2024.
Youth programs delivered included classroom workshops and field trips for k-12 students, summer camp, after and out-of-school activities and youth-only programs at the marine life center. We delivered 27 youth programs that served 1,370 student participants in 2024.
