Returning Veterans Project (RVP) is an Oregon nonprofit comprised of community-based, independent health-care practitioners who offer free and confidential services to Veterans, active service members, and their families in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Our volunteers include mental-health professionals, acupuncturists, naturopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other providers of complementary health care.Under IRS Form 990 guidelines, Volunteer Contributed services have been excluded from functional expenses. Under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Our audited financial statements records $459,100 of Volunteer Contributed Services, resulting in program services expense percentage of 79.6%. NETWORK PROGRAMSOur Network of Board-Certified Volunteer Healthcare Practicioners provides confidential, free services to Veterans and their families. Providers include Mental Health Professionals, Acupuncturists, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, and other complementary Health Care Practitioners.
