As co-conveners of the 6 Wins for Social Equity Network we anchored advocacy efforts to ensure that the Bay Areas new regional housing agency included a strategy to support the acquisition and preservation of affordable housing through models of permanent affordability.

Urban Habitat's Boards and Commissions Leadership Institute (BCLI) trains and supports low-income people of color to serve on local and regional boards and commissions in the Bay Area. In 2021 we convened our 13th BCLI cohort with 13 fellows representing various counties in the Bay Area.
