The organization's primary purpose is to promote and sponsor the development of low and moderate income Housing and to provide related services for elderly and handicapped persons. The related services shall include: case management services to assist with the physical and emotional needs of the frail, aged and elderly members of the population, recruitment of services from area providers of social services, family health services and gerontology services. The organization also provides assisted living for senior citizens, residential services include dining and laundry facilities under a lease of real property.
