Comprehensive Training

Hope empowers new yorkers to build sustainable careers, with a focus on individuals facing significant barriers to employment including histories of criminal legal system involvement, substance abuse, homelessness, low educational attainment and others.

Hope engages a robust network of employer partners across the industries for which participants are trained and are seeking employment. Job placements are made through one-on-one matches between graduates and employers; interview events; and ongoing support to graduates in independent job search.
