Publication of the Juniper Berry,a community publication of events circulated quarterly throughout the year. The Berry contains articles about community issues and events, the people and history of the community. Articles are written by residents and about the Middle Village and Maspeth community area.

Community improvement programs and events, including park maintenance, community and graffiti cleanup, volunteering and civic meetings to discuss issues surrounding the community. In 2024 community activities continued.
