The Starrett Early Learning Center (SELC) offers an Enriching Early Childhood Program to 3 and 4 year old children. SELC has three 3K classrooms with a student capacity of 15 each and two 4K classrooms with a student capacity of 18 students each. SELC's student max capacity is 81 students.
