Social Services Program
Emergency assistance- each day men, women and children walk in to social services looking for assistance with basic needs. We fill much needed prescriptions for those who cannot afford co pays, make payments on utility bills to help families keep the heat on, assist with birth certificates and state identification that will allow a child…
Training Programs
Amos house is opportunity, a second chance, a new beginning, hope and opportunity through our culinary arts and CARPENTRY/WEATHERIZATION training programs, literacy classes, financial opportunity center, and commercial drivers license (CDL) training. We help men and women gain the skills they need to succeed in today's workplace.
Soup kitchen; the soup kitchen is the point of entry for all of our services and the foundation upon which amos house is built. We are truly a lifeline to hundreds of men and women who turn to us each day, for a meal, a smile, a chance to change their lives.
