The organization's primary accomplishment is the operation of two schools. The school serves students aged 5 to 22. Students are on-site 6 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Adult services encompasses the faison residence; adult day services; and the family partner program. The faison residence is a compassionate community allowing individuals with special needs to transition from a typical day school to a more independent lifestyle in adulthood.
