Educational Conventions and Seminars

Promotes higher education and self development. 58 educational programs were provided and 29 facilitators completed these programs. 3 leadership programs were provided with 108 delegates at the 178TH spencer institute, 34 delegates at the 9TH mid-year leadership retreat, and 150 delegates at the rowe regional conferences.
