In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, one action continued to host numerous key meetings between activists, administration officials, and members of congress in support of enhanced international funding in order to get the vaccines purchased by american taxpayers into people's arms.

Our work focused on pushing governments to make big commitments on vaccines, special drawing rights (SDR), debt relief, and education, and making the case for aspiring parliamentarians in germany and the netherlands to join us.

The africa team utilized focused advocacy to get political traction within and outside the continent for a coordinated approach to ending the pandemic and its aftershocks in africa through creating compelling public mobilization products including the "stand together song".
