Uvrf offers spring and fall racing programs to area students in grades 7 - 12, regardless of ability to pay. 47 student athletes participated in our lebanon spring program. This program usually runs from mid-march to june with a full racing schedule. However in 2020, the program was restricted to erging via zoom.

In addition to the competetive programs, uvrf offers a variety of instructional programs to rowers of all levels. This year the organization added a "crew" program for cancer patients and survivors which offered indoor and on the water programs. This program had 10 participants.

Uvrf usually offers a competitive masters program for adult rowers. This year however, the organiztion switched to offering erg programs with virtual workouts open to member and non-members. Recordings of each workout were available for those who could not join live online.
