This is accomplished by serving as a liaison between the member and the credit union; greeting and welcoming credit union members in a professional and timely manner; providing information to current as well as prospective members on membership eligibility, account types, loan products and any other services the Credit Union offers.
Other duties include opening new accounts for members to include but not limited to loans, IRA’s, and certificates; resolving problems with members’ accounts, interviewing loan applicants, processing loan requests, responding to members’ requests in a timely, professional manner and performing other duties as requested.
