Individual Camps and Organizations Support

Tqamp provided customized training and consultation to more than 34 camps and organizations reaching over 3400 staff members. Services included executive coaching staff trainings policy development and crisis support often at reduced fees.

Tqamp delivered over a dozen presentations at major national and regional conferences across north america training hundreds of camp professionals on 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion. They created web-based courses toolkits and faqs to support broader policy and practice changes in the camping industry.

Building Affinity Spaces

Tqamp hosted 27 virtual and in-person affinity spaces supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ bipoc TRANS/NONBINARY and allied camp staff. They created community gatherings around key visibility and awareness days and engaged corporate and new-to-the-topic participants in facilitated discussions.
