Lanakila workforce resources offers training opportunities, paid work experience, and employment at a network of worksites to develop the skills, behaviors, and confidence needed for individuals to successfully seek, obtain, and maintain employment in the community. In fiscal year 2021, over 100 trainees received job-readiness training.

Nutrition services is the combination of lanakila kitchen and lanakila meals on wheels. Lanakila kitchen provides training and employment for people with disabilities in the preparation of meals for lanakila meals on wheels, schools, and other groups in the community.
