HRTC clinicians provided nearly 12,000 individual treatment sessions to over 1,600 unduplicated, multi-diagnosed individuals in 13 community service sites. We saw an additional 6000+ people during street-based outreach services throughout San Francisco. We also conducted 350+ trainings to over 1,400 participants.
