Expanded learning opportunities (elo) are enrichment programming, including visual and performing arts, dance, robotics, stem, mentorship, and more.

Preschool powered by play is now at two locations: the museum campus in downtown tacoma, and the hoyt early learning center campus in the proctor district. Preschool powered play serves children ages 3-5 years old and their adults.
