Health Services

Consists of licensed skilled nursing care centers and a licensed home health agency. In skilled nursing care centers, the staff of the care center, the doctor and the RESIDENT/FAMILY assemble a plan of care. Depending on the resident's diagnosis, needs and abilities, the plan may include physical, occupational AND/OR speech therapy.
