Mental Wellness Education and Training
MCF provided mental wellness programming to multiple organizations and hundreds of individuals, sharing practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and strengthen relationships. Mindful Communities Certification
MCF developed the mindful communities certification, a 25-HOUR flipped-classroommodel designed to certify nonprofit leaders in mental wellness tools. By the end OF2024, the certification program was still in development but became the foundationfor multiple program offerings beyond 2024.
Community Mindfulness Class
MCF launched a free weekly mental wellness class for educators and the general public in November 2024. The program initially served over 50 participants and has since expanded to reach hundreds more, providing accessible tools for stress management and emotional resilience.
