SCN partnered with local third-part groups in IA IL and SD for educational events around carbon capture. The executive director ED along with the assistance of in-state consultants in IA IL and SD reached out to interested citizens and third parties and requested informational meetings to discuss carbon capture.

SCN reached out to relevant state legislators and requested informational meetings to discuss carbon capture. SCN provided elected officials and their staff with an overall view of SCN and its purpose of education on carbon capture within the state. The ED provided materials that discussed the need for carbon capture.
