Legal and Engineering expenses related to the potential purchase of land for a shell house.

Sponsor youth regatta for local and nationally ranked High School rowing teams (mens and women's). 647 athletes representing 24 high school mens and women's teams participated in the inaugural regatta in April 2025. The second annual regatta will be held in April 2026.
