Provide alternative housing and rehabilitation services for 15 brain injured adults, 365 days a year with shift workers providing 24 hour a day care.

Attempt to provide volunteer and employment outreach in the community for windsor place residents with traumatic brain injuries. Currently, 7% actively involved in the community, with 100% doing in-house community service (providing hand-made care packages, holiday gift boxes, etc. For those less fortunate in the community).
