Ocf produces an annual 3 day craft and music event featuring live performances, handmade food, juried crafts. The event is a celebration of creative arts and includes workshops and lectures with educational programing with a focus on art, social issues, culture, environment and community.

Ocf works with its membership and other community organizations to educate, network, and share resources. Ocf philanthropy supports local community efforts for the benefit of arts, education, cultural projects, basic needs, and other goals.
