The center for public affairs is dedicated to helping educators put in to place pro-public education legislation at every level of government that will promote good public education policy and protect the rights of educators.

The center for advocacy and affiliate service works with local leaders and uniserv staff to provide data and training in order to use informed and strategic approaches to bargaining and advocacy to ensure a fair contract and improved working and learning conditions for oea's approximately 42,000 members and oregon's students.
