Financial support for launching new initiatives. Each of the 44 churches we worked with this year launched new programs and initiatives for example: a womens center daycare mothers support groups counseling services programs for the homeless new foreign missions initiatives and efforts to strengthen existing programs.
COACHING. Each week the pastors and at their discretion other church leaders receive at least one hour of coaching from a Damascus Road Coach. coaches are current or retired pastors former seminary professors therapists and Christian business leaders.
WORKSHOPS. For 45 churches their pastors and members of their leadership teams and boards we provide 72 hours of in-class training. This normally takes place in the fellowship hall of a church that is centrally located for 6-8 churches in the program--each church has 7-8 people attending.
