The women in tech fellowship provided year-round mentorship, career coaching, and job readiness training to 40 indigenous college women pursuing technology degrees. Fellows received personalized interview preparation, resume and linkedin coaching, and technical skill development.

The founders circle provided five native founders with 1:1 mentorship, pitch refinement, investor readiness training, and access to indigenous-aligned capital networks. Founders participated in the founders summit at res, featuring leaders from raven indigenous capital and virtual gurus.
