Pgc Qalicb was formed for the purpose of supporting pittsburgh glass center, INC. (sponsor) by (I) financing a portion of the costs related to the renovation and expansion of a 16,000 sf facility by 11,000 sf for a total of 27,000 sf artistic workshop and gallery space (the project), and (II) making certain reimbursement payments to the supported organization, sponsor, to fund certain costs incurred in connection with the project. In addition, Pgc Qalicb will lease the completed project to the sponsor pursuant to an operating lease.
