Identity Health Clinic provides trauma-informed evidence-based healthcare to meet the wellness needs of Alaskas 2SLGBTQIA+ community. These principles expand on Identitys other community-based programs together our community center and Health Clinic work to uplift 2SLGBTQIA+ Alaskans overal sense of health and welbeing.
