Behavioral Health Services This division accounts for approximately 59% of FNAs operations. Behavioral Health programs include residential and outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation for adults and adolescents.

Education Services Education programs include Head Start, Early Head Start, Tribal Home Visiting (a parent education and family support program), and the Johnson OMalley program which provides tutorial and cultural services to children who are members of a federally recognized tribe.
