Paramedic Training & Continuing Education

The foundation supported the training of 27 new paramedics from king and snohomish counties; funded 120 hours of continuing medical education for 260 seattle and king county paramedics; and purchased additional manikins and equipment to meet the growing needs of the program.

The foundation engaged the public through educational presentations, speaking events, and community fairs to raise awareness about emergency services and the role of medic one foundation. Program-related materials such as first aid kits and emergency preparedness items were distributed to support community readiness.
