Family Programs

1. Family-to-family class - free 12-WEEK course for family members of individuals with severe mental illnesses including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, clinical depression, etc. Teaches family members how to cope more effectively. 2.

Connections Peer Support Groups

In our own voice (ioov) - a presentation to the general public to promote awareness of mental illness and the possibility of recovery. Individuals share their personal stories of their journey with mental illness, discussing hard times, successes, and recovery.

Our program manager coordinated 12 mental health education sessions for our online 2020 youth mental health conference over a period of 3 weeks during the month of may.
