Support Services

Support groups and Emotional Support Sessions for all people affected by cancer, children's groups for kids and parents; and five summer camps for children touched by cancer (includes support contact hours with group and 1:1s, intakes, camps, Sparkle Saturdays, etc.). Approximately 2,225 individuals were reached.

Cancer Happens, outreach to doctors & hospitals including educational programs for health professionals, community referral services, cancer education for teens in middle and high schools, and educational outreach for under-served communities. Other programs include Teen Tobacco Workshops and Teen Writing contests.

Community Engagement and Outreach

Classes in meditation, art, exercise, and social events. Includes tabling events, campaigns and health fairs. Approximately 2300 individuals served.
