Economic Development

Three major initiatives; rainier health and fitness a community fitness center serving over 900 members with group and personal training, cross fit, fitness classes in person and online programming. Gym utilization exceeds industry average with strong focus in building community among members.

Church based community development focused on neighborhood transformation through youth and family outreach: urban impact serves in 3 distinct neighborhoods: the central district, the macadam corridor in tukwila and rainier BEACH/RAINIER valley.

Youth Development

Urban impact has a long history and commitment to youth development throughout south king county. Our programs range from school and community based youth outreach, an urban art center, dance and music production, youth mentoring and a youth leadership network.
