Chinook enterprises is a social enterprise, not-for-profit which typically uses profits from its production division to fund the mission of community employment services for individuals with disabilities and other barriers.

Community employment services deliver chinook enterprises' mission-related work to the skagit valley community and beyond. Services include preparing students for employment opportunities, researching and securing employment opportunities, training and helping individuals to maintain employment opportunities and grow professionally.

Chinook operates a landscape maintenance division which has a diverse and inclusive team of 16 FULL/PART time staff members. Any profits from this division are also used to fund the organization's mission. The grounds team supports multiple members with significant disabilities.
