The "suites" vibrant assisted living -residents of josephine's 57 assisted living apartments receive comprehensive individual residential care including meals, housekeeping, laundry services, activities and outings. Certified nursing assistants are staffed 24 hours a day to provide personal care assistance as needed.

Josie's learning center -josie's learning center provides child care, preschool and after school programs for more than 75 infant to school age children. Twenty-seven children are enrolled in the early childhood education & assistance program (eceap) for underprivileged children.
