The men's emergency shelter served 1,337 unaccompanied men experiencing homelessness. It provided 36,517 bednights, a safe place to sleep, showers, personal hygiene items, clothing, bus passes and three nutritious meals every day. Case managers worked with men in reducing their barriers to acheive permanent housing placement.

The family emergency shelter provided 37,237 bednights of emergency shelter to families and single women experiencing homelessness. The program served 673 unduplicated women, men, and children experiencing homelessness. The program provided three meals per day, hygiene products, clothing, case management, and other resources.

Jefferson apartments provided safe affordable housing for 48 individuals. The program provides a safe, secure and case managed space for residents to build community and relationships. Tyler family housing provided safe and affordable housing for 81 unduplicated men, women and children.
