Recognizes the importance of the development that occurs in the first three years of life and actively works in partnership with families and community to promote the healthy growth and development of children from low-income families.

Is a federally funded program operated by the nevada state health division. The foundation currently operates five wic clinics throughout clark county. The clinics provide a supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children.
