Create a quality & impact framework and measurement tools task force, which meets monthly starting in the fall. The task force will assess what high-quality programming should look like in practice. Then, they will develop a framework and tools to measure program efficacy and impact.

Support program providers, particularly community-based nonprofit organizations, to strengthen organization and program infrastructure. Created a professional development series. The professional trainer network prepared provider's staff to be better facilitators of any kind of training for the field.
