Our mission is to walk alongside Foster, kinship, and adoptive families through relational and tangible support. We partner with the community to create opportunities for everyone to get involved. Our most significant activities have been outreach support, including providing essential items to youth in Foster care, and hosting events for families to come Together.

Outreach

We provided 15,822 essential items to 683 children in foster care, including clothing, shoes, hygience products, school supplies, holiday gifts, and more. Additionally, we offer meal support through restaurant gift cards and freezer meals.

Community Gatherings

We hosted 45 events designed to bring families together who are on similar journeys. These included family-friendly activities, parent night out events, monthly support groups, and training sessions.

Restorative Circles of Support

Through grant funding, we've partnered with local third-party neutrals to offer circles of support to the families we serve. This program focuses on reducing conflict within family units and the systems they engage with, utilizing family mediations, training, and support groups.
