Built out the first Abundance Network municipal group, Abundant San Francisco. Hired a core team to advocate for better housing and transportation policy and created a strategy for political success in 2024 local elections

Supported the launch of Recoding America, including hosting a state capacity retreat. Planned and ran a housing retreat with 20 leading advocates and funders across the country. Lobbied legislators on SB 423 (SB 35 extension to streamline housing permitting) and SB 4 (Yes in Gods Backyard).
