Networking, education and training includes annual fundrasing event to gain additional funding for the organization's programs through a christmas party and golf tournament. The christmas party is a great chance for members and nonmembers to discuss the importance of a safe work place.

Membership fees provided members with best-practice management techniques and helped to develop safe workplaces and a high-performance workforce through quality education and training programs. The organization's programs benefited over 1,000 people and served over 200 member companies.
