We're a long-term facility where individuals stay and work closely with advocates to gain financial, emotional and housing stability. Time for change in action established a new relationship with a non-profit organization operation new hope they are a second chance program that provide job placement, bus passes, food, phones, clothing, and 3MONTHS program fees.
