The GNF managed its growing volunteer committees. These committees were responsible for developing educational website content and healthcare provider webinar series. The volunteer committees also developed awareness and educational content for the public and manage granting the young investigator research award.

The GNF held in-person courses for surgeons in Bristol (UK), Rotterdam (NL), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) that educated healthcare providers on the treatment of upper extremity nerve problems. These courses were supported by registration fees and sponsorships.
