Helping hands fund provides grant dollars to individuals and families who may not be eligible for funding through the other sources and yet still desperately need medical treatment, equipment, or supplies to live more satisfying lives. The cutty legacy foundation (TCLF) also provides financial support to the centers for habilitation.
