SJW offers long-term support services in to assist clients with a hand up in gaining and maintaining stable employment. Last fy, SJW assisted 6,216 clients gain quality employment they can take dignity in. These clients earned on average $17.02/HOUR and 80% were offered benefits with their respective employers.
