Crossroads, inc's facilities are state licensed residential substance abuse treatment centers. The scope of the services includes, but is not limited to right track residential, outpatient aftercare, physical health visits and medication assisted treatment. All programs are specialized in the treatment of substance use disorders.

To provide clients with an integrated clinic where they can receive medical services including physical exams, ekg, lab services, women's health, diabetic care, mental health services, and other family practice services. In 2021 the integrated care clinics completed more than 11,000 visits.
