The purposes for which the corporation is organized are to promote social welfare within the meaning of section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code, including but not limited to educating, discussing and implementing the policies and ideas associated with lyndon Larouche and helga zepp-Larouche, and other modern and historical figures associated with the american system of political economy which Larouche represented, as well as other scientists and cultural figures, for the purpose of promoting the general welfare of the community.

To educate the public on the policies and ideas the organization promotes by tabling and distributing information in public areas, attending and organizing events, and reaching out to people by telephone. The organization has directly intersected thousands of people.
