General Operating

Baltimore Harm Reduction Coalition began operations independently from our fiscal sponsor Fusion Partnerships Inc. While most of these activities took place under the purview and accounting of Fusion BHRC was able to provide funds to support those activities which were then reimbursed by the fiscal sponsor.
