The corporation's purpose shall be to provide support to organizations and entities servicing low-income individuals. Thus, the corporation will indirectly provide low-income housing with property ownership, leasing of Land or buildings for housing, social, economic and other facilities and services designed to meet said persons' physical, social, and economic needs, and to promote said persons' health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living.

Symphony RHF land, inc. Is a notforprofit corporation formed in accordance with the notforprofit statutes of the state of massachusetts. The corporation was formed for the purpose of operating a community known as symphony towers east & west located in boston, massachusetts, which provides housing to low income seniors.
