2NDCHANCEPROJECTS contracted team of certified peer recovery specialists work to assist individuals who are ready to enter recovery based on how they define recovery. Certified peer recovery specialists use a strength-based approach to help individuals meet their goals.
2NDCHANCEPROJECT administers the state opioid response grant, enabling us to offer comprehensive case management and housing transition support for individuals emerging from incarceration or treatment.
2NDCHANCEPROJECT holds master leases on various properties through out the metro area, specifically designated for individuals in recovery, those with background barriers, and low-income individuals. These properties provide a safe and supportive environment, helping residents work towards independence.
